The metrics that actually predict growth

Vanity numbers feel good and tell you nothing. Here are the signals we watch when we want to know if the work is really working.

The metrics that actually predict growth

A dashboard can be full and still tell you very little. The useful question is not what moved this week, but whether attention is becoming intent and intent is becoming durable demand.

Measure the behaviour before the outcome

Revenue is the final signal. Long before it arrives, repeat visits, direct traffic, branded search, qualified conversation and faster sales cycles reveal whether the work is compounding.

A metric needs an owner

If no one knows what decision a number should change, it is decoration. Good measurement creates a short line between evidence and action.
